There is something serene about driving in the night winds in a chilly weather. It’s an esoteric joy, a feeling of momentarily bliss. The winds crashing your face physically lift up your spirits. You soon realise you were going too fast and you have to slow down. But there is this inexplainable feeling that prevents you from doing so. You’re in a state of trance. A smile spreads across your face and suddenly you can feel every hair on your head being pushed backwards by the force of the cold winds. It’s breathtaking.
