I find people who believe they are in control of themselves, but they are far from it. They think that the motivation they have to be constantly dedicated to something is because it gives them happiness. Nope, it’s the pressure. While the activity may be joyful, they take it in a stressful manner in an attempt to make the most out of it. Is it beneficial? Not much. The person may work to achieve something, but makes it so unpleasant for themselves as well as others around because they suddenly feel as if under uncontrollable pressure. They want to get past every obstacle at once, and want others to do the same too, forgetting that the ‘others’ here are different people with different lives. The person under pressure will be angered when others don’t that activity as much priority as them, leading to a series of negative emotions being generated and released. The person will think it’s because that activity is important and it does need urgent attention. But how can every activity be this crucial?
Song of the day!!
